|The line in this client's original
drawing appears to alternate between smooth and ragged
sections. This indicates smooth and rough parts in his
life. The red line shows emotions that are up and down;
however, the blue and green lines show that he can rely
on his strong intellect and excellent physical health as
anchors. His wonderful, outgoing sense of humor is a
great strength which helps him in times of trouble.
|The line that this client drew begins
with a free flowing fluidity that indicates a life full
of success and happiness. However, in the bottom half of
the picture the line becomes more complicated and
twisting and even turns back on itself. This is truly
autobiographical because the client has had a lot of
success and is currently dealing with cancer. My
painting shows a bright outcome because of her emotional
resilience and strength.
|"Yesterday I showed my Life Paths painting to a friend who literally gasped when she saw it. It is an ingenious technique, and your completion of the single line I drew is truly inspired. I keep seeing more and more each time I look at it." -- Steve A., Poughkeepsie, NY|

painting expresses what I was thinking about when I
drew the initial line." -- Anne B., Poughkeepsie,

James Bennett do for my son is marvelous. My son told

TheArt CollectionThe Life Paths art collection is a collaborative expression of the artist's Luminous Streams series which visualizes the beauty of four fundamental forces interacting to create all that is.
These paintings portray motion and rhythm in nature, dance, and music.
an artist, I am dedicated to creating beautiful images
that speak to viewers in powerful ways. Through my art,
I want to share a new vision of the individual and our
relationship to each other and to the world. In addition
to painting, I also do calligraphy. Aside from art, I am
deeply interested in the workings of the unconscious
mind and ancient sacred texts. I have done nearly 200
works of art based on dreams, the Jewish Tanakh, and the
Christian New Testament.
